Deputy General Manager

As second in command to the General Manager, the main purpose of the Deputy General Manager will be to manage, coordinate and organise the hotel operation whilst questioning and advising on commercial, human resources and operational matters. You will be responsible for all aspects of the management account, budgeting and forecasting. You will be responsible for ensuring the guest experience in line with company standards and regulations. You will act as General Manager in their absence. The role is also very operational, covering shift in the various department as and when required.

The right fit:  Ideal candidate should demonstrate the following qualities: 

Experience: Prior experience (3 years) in a branded environment as a supervisor/manager would be preferred
