ETM - HR Administrator

We are looking for an outstanding HR Administrator to join our fabulous, creative and fast-paced People.

You will be joining ETM Group at an exciting time as we streamline our systems as well as expand our business. You will be working closely with the full People team, reporting to the People Director. Your role will encompass everything from maintaining staff files; compliance; as well as preparing and sending other HR related paperwork both internally and externally. Ad-hoc small projects will also form part of your role and learning opportunities are plenty.

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic and collaborative in nature, as well as having excellent organisational skills. Our ideal candidate will learn quickly, work with great attention to detail, and be a finisher/completer by nature. They will utterly committed to working with discretion, confidentially and with integrity.

Experience wise, we'd love someone with an HR administration background, or someone with a proven track record in a busy admin role. Hospitality experience would also be welcomed but not necessary.
