*HEAD CHEF, CRAFT CATERING SERVICES, FILM AND TV*

We are an expanding and growing, ingredient led craft services company providing a quality fresh food service to the Film and TV industry. With clients such as Amazon, Netflix and Marvel.

We have an immediate vacancy for a reliable, customer-focused and professional Head Chef to our run our mobile kitchens.

Catering for up to 500 people a day the unit provides breakfasts, grab and go street food style snacks, specialty coffees, raw juices etc. The company core values embrace responsible food provenance, recycling and healthy eating producing delicious, creative and inspirational food on a daily basis with a big focus on vegan and plant-based food, including vegan baking. There is no central production kitchen so all deliveries, food prep, cooking and service are done from the mobile unit

Duties will include:

• Running the mobile kitchen and the food section across the business
• Managing a team of chefs
• Food prep & cooking
• Serving cast and crew
• Menu evolving and planning
• Ordering and stock management
• Health & Safety, Food Hygiene and Allergy Awareness

We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable chef who has a real passion for food and maintaining high standards. You must be well organized, a natural team leader, tidy, even-tempered, good with the customers, flexible on working hours. You must be a strong team player and prepared to roll your sleeves up as this kitchen is always busy!

Previous experience of film/location work would be an advantage.

*Own transport is essential as some locations are rural*
