We are looking for a General Manager to take the lead in Making People Happy – come and join the team!

What would you be doing? 

• Leading all areas of operations within your site
• Understanding and driving your P&L and pub finances
• Planning and delivering events
• Developing and recruiting your team
• Championing and modelling great service
• Getting to know your team and the pub guests
• Bringing energy and leadership to the Lytton Arms
