We are currently looking for a Cashier to join the Cashdesk team at Resorts World Birmingham.

Experienced Casino Cashiers with personal functional licence (PFL) are desirable however we are also accepting applications for a Trainee Cashier and full training will be provided! 


In this role, you will responsible for ensuring full compliance with company procedures as well as relevant legislation. We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic individual who can be fully flexible.

Key duties and competencies include:

  • Acknowledge, welcome, and assist customers in the Cash Desk.
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • To operate efficiently the cash desk in compliance with company rules and procedures at all times, in conjunction with Gambling Commission regulations
  • To be able to explain fully the rules of games to the customer, as well as other club facilities.
  • Acknowledgement and understanding of customers’ needs
  • Maintain accurate records and accounts of the Casino Cash Desk
  • Ensure correct pay outs of Casino winnings
  • Ensure that the level of customer care, cash desk services and security are delivered to the highest standard possible

  • DBS Check required for this role
  • Must be flexible to work *NIGHT SHIFTS*! Casino is open 24/7 over the weekend and there will be a mix of day and night shifts on rotation
