Digital Learning Coordinator

Two roles available

Stonegate Group are growing our home based Digital Learning Team – we’re looking for two people to join us as Digital Learning Coordinators.

Online learning is pivotal to the success of our internal team development across our pubs, bars and late night venues and our Digital Learning Coordinators support this activity in a number of ways:- with scheduling, trouble shooting, workshop management and curriculum management, amongst other tasks. The Digital Learning Co-ordinator is responsible for the co-ordination and administration of career pathway courses, online programs and related tasks. Being a good communicator and able to identify the key business needs and trends to further develop and evolve the online digital learning offering on Academy Online

The Digital Learning Coordinators will need to have great communication skills, an in-depth knowledge of the hospitality industry and great influencing skills. Additionally, you’ll need to have:

1. Experience in Admin / Learning with knowledge of learning technologies
2. Knowledge of LXP / LMS – SABA would be beneficial
3. Great numerical and analytical skills
4. Working knowledge of employee development programmes pertaining to the hospitality industry
5. The ability to engage with and embrace technology

This is a home-based role, so you could live anywhere in the UK, but there will be national travel for site visits and meetings.
