Restaurant SIX - Commis Chef

Nottinghamshire County Cricket Club is looking to recruit a Commis Chef to join the exciting and talented team in Restaurant SIX, the unique fine dining experience at Trent Bridge.

The successful candidate will work with our talented Head Chef, and report to the Sous Chef. You will be part of our motivated kitchen and front of house team driving exacting standards in preparation and service to provide our guests with standards befitting a truly unique working and dining environment. We are looking for someone who is ambitious, hard-working and reliable. Being a chef requires determination and perseverance and the ability to work long hours in a high pressure environment. You will have a real passion for cooking, a positive attitude and keen to learn and be able to take instruction. The Ideal candidate will be working in an environment where the whole team can thrive, be a brilliant communicator and easily build relationships. You will need to be able to work under pressure while still striving for excellence. Basic working hours will be 48 hours per week. However, working hours may vary slightly and may include evening and weekend work.
