We are on the lookout for committed Customer Service Advisors to join our Accounts team who share the
same passion for customer service as we do!
Working in a large vibrant centre, you could be joining a team supporting our branches or one of our many
specialist teams. There’s also plenty of opportunity to move around teams as you progress.
The role of a Customer Service Advisor:
Demonstrating your passion for working with people and money, by taking ownership of customers'
queries and see them through to a positive resolution.
Applying your knowledge to support our customers in an efficient and engaging way, so you will need a
good telephone manner, coupled with excellent numeracy and administration skills
Having a very keen eye for detail as you will be handling landlord and tenant money on a daily basis.
Establishing and building strong relationships with our customers and colleagues; demonstrating excellent
customer service skills, and developing them further.
Being a Team Player! Confidently engaging and participating in team meetings and training which will
ultimately support our customers.
