Bartender Apprenticeship

The role will be varied and within a small team you will be required to learn all the roles, including

cleaning,

prepping food in the kitchen,

serving customers,

learning cellar management

cooking with our chef.

Customer service is extremely important, our customers on the whole are regulars and you will be required to get to know them and ensure that you look after them to an extremely high standard.

Kitchen skills will be taught and invested in, learning to work with our chef and being able to prepare meals.

Bar work will be a very important part of the job, serving customers, including table service and providing them with high quality beverages.

The difference with this role, is there will be variety and you will get to learn all elements of running a pub.

This role will be evening and weekend work, which is when the pub is open, Monday and Tuesdays will be the days off every week. Wednesdays, Thursdays will be evening only and Friday, Saturday and Sundays will be approx. 2 to 11.30 but will be arranged by shift patterns
