Guest Service Agent Apprenticeship

The role will provide a well-rounded, flexible hospitality service to clients and a broad range of experience and skills to the candidates. This is an ideal role for those starting out in hospitality or those that have experience in one area and want to broaden their experience within the industry.No experience is necessary; as full training will be provided across the 3 skill set areas.Successful candidates will be well presented, reliable, polite and customer service drivenTeam working, communication and organisation are key to being successful at this role, as the candidate will be working with other GSA’s and being both proactive and reactive with customer and colleague’s demands.The GSA will be the front facing representative of the Hotel to guests/customers Taking direction from the Guest Service Managers to ensure the continuity of high standards within the Guest Service Function.Working flexibly across the Guest Service section to provide a seamless customer experience.To carry out cross skilled/ multi-disciplined duties across Housekeeping, Food & Beverage and Front Office; to provide a 1 stop shop for flexible customer service.Ensuring a broadness of skill level is maintained to be able to cope with a flexible multi skilled position.To work as a team with other departments and management to ensure the smooth running of the hotel. This may require you to work/help in other areas of the Hotel from time to time.Ensure fire, security, health & safety measures, standards, policies & procedures are adhered to and maintained. With any issues being reported through the appropriate channels immediately.Ensure you feel competent and fully trained to undertake tasks that are carried out; with relevant sign off as required.Any duties as reasonably identified by your manager.
