A vacancy is available for a Commis chef to assist the Head Chef in all areas of the kitchen.
prepare and cook ingredients,
maintaining high levels of service,
assist in stock control and rotation,
ensure minimum wastage,
keep all areas clean and tidy and ensure no cross contamination,
complying with all company policies and procedures including the Food hygiene, Healthy, Safety and Environmental policies and procedures and any other reasonable duties required by the Head Chef or owners.
