The Angel is a detached pub located on Station Road, Rainham. A wet-led community pub, situated at the lower end of the town among a large housing estates. Some of these are established, however, there are new estates currently being built or in the planning stages. The area is affluent with many professional and retired families. Admiral are seeking a dynamic, community focused operator, who will grow the business and drive beer volumes by reviewing and changing the current offer to reflect the pubs location. Additionally, there is scope to develop a small food offer, although consideration has to be given to the lack of a trade kitchen and most food will have to be generated back of bar. We have the opportunity to review the retail offer, introducing new draught products and also improving the environment with an investment to include externals to improve the kerb appeal and internally the décor and a toilet upgrade, etc.
