Commis Chef Apprenticeship

The role will require the new apprentice to work a 4-day week on a regular rota (10 hours a day including a mid-shift break).

Responsibilities will begin with food preparation such as peeling, cutting and preparing vegetables,

the responsibilities will move to preparing and plating starters and desserts in the larder section.

Ultimately the end goal will be full independence in the larder section in which we will be confident they could run the section on their own during a busy service.

Washing up and proper kitchen hygiene care is a responsibility we all take on and the same will be expected for our new apprentice.
