Commis Chef Apprenticeship
The Chef will initially be expected to prepare hot and cold starters and sweets from scratch in preparation hours, and then assemble, present and serve during service hours. These responsibilities will eventually extend to vegetables, meat and fish for main courses as time goes on. The Chef will be expected to work cleanly and safely, and assist in the clearing and cleaning of the kitchen after service hours. The efforts required are high, but there is a vast potential for personal growth within a pressured but flexible and changing kitchen.
