The Procurement Project Manager is a new role for Stonegate Group, reflecting the amount of investment + refurbishment we are putting into our Estate of Pubs, Bars and Late-night venues nationally. The Procurement Project Manager will play a vital role in the agreement and co-ordination of the supply chain and orders for pubs as they move through our refurbishment process or moving between brands.

The Procurement Project Manager will enable our pubs to deliver great experiences for their customers from day one of re-opening, by having all the correct stock and produce available as needed.

The Procurement Project Manager will be responsible for:

  1. Planning and managing the commercial elements of all site transfers across Divisions, capex plan, and any acquisitions.
  2. Supporting the Commercial team in liaising with Area Manages and General Managers through the transfer/capex/acquisition process.
  3. Attendance at all regular investment/Capex meetings (mainly Teams), referencing PAR documents.
  4. Setting up supplier accounts for all new site transfers working with the relevant Purchasing Manager and communicating to Operations colleagues
  5. Managing all capex orders for Services and Non-Consumables ensuring development templates are sent to suppliers in time for all capex refurbishments
  6. Being the first point of contact for capex or acquisition Operations Colleagues queries, key internal customers and suppliers.
