Commis Chef Apprentice

Working alongside the senior kitchen team your role as an apprentice chef will involve (but not limited to):

Vegetable Preparation

Baking cakes and fresh bread daily

Dish preparation and presentation

Assistance to senior chefs with meal preparation for chefs and patients

Working in a safe manner

Developing your apprenticeship recipe log to cover all of the culinary range such as stocks, sauces, vegetable protein, desserts and much more


Kitchen opening times range from 0700-1800 with shifts falling into this. Apprentices will always be on shift with a more senior member of the team to have the opportunity for training at any time.
