We are looking for exceptional Bartender to join our Bar team.

Is this Bartender role right for me? 

We’re looking for enthusiastic and talented individuals with a passion for hospitality. We embrace our core values of Diversity, Innovation and Generosity in everything we do, and we’re looking for originality, proactive thinking and understanding in our team members. 

As Bartender you will have flair, charisma, and charm with the ability to provide the highest levels of service to our customers. You will be responsible for bar service to include cocktails and some light refreshments within the bar and lounge area. Good customer service skills are essential. Candidates require a stable track record. 

 

For this role, you’ll also: 

• Have excellent knowledge of wines and cocktails with a passion to continually develop the drinks offering 

• Ensures the compliance with workplace regulations in the department 

• Have previous experience working within a high profile, destination bar as Bartender 

• Be passionate about creating fantastic cocktails with the ability to advise and recommend to customers 

• Have a clear understanding and knowledge of effective liquor, stock and margin control within a bar environment 

• Be self-motivated and an excellent leader with exceptional communication skills 

• Be a team player and willing to develop other team members 

• To assist with monthly stock takes
