Detailed Job Description
Duties to include:
• Serving guests
• Check in and check out
• Waiting
• Taking bookings
• Answering the telephone
• Learning the computer system
• Answering emails
• Answering enquiries
• General prep for restaurant services
• General cleaning and tidying of front of house
• Helping out other departments if on the rare occasion jobs need to be filled, i.e illness.
• Turndown
• Taking orders
• Drinks/ wines
• General front of house duties
Skills Required
Some previous experience of working in a hospitality environment is an advantage.
Ability to work in a team
Ability to take instructions
Personal Qualities
Well presented
Reliable
Excellent communication skills
Qualifications Required
GCSE's Maths and English grade C is an advantage but not essential, Maths and English will be assessed at interview stage

Other Information
You will be on our standard 3 month trial which applies to all new members of staff with a 1 month appraisal for all new members of staff at which point if anything requires discussing we will both have the opportunity to do so. For the first 3 months we operate a two week notice period after the 3 month trial you will be on a 1 month notice period.
We have a superb team here and have a wonderful atmosphere. With the correct work effort you will find that all the staff are fully prepared to show how the job runs and give you intense training.
Please be aware that the start times of your shifts are the time you are expected to be ready for work.

Things to consider
Are you able to commute to and from work or Live in is available at a charge of £200 per month
The shifts are either 7.30-4pm, 8.30-5pm, 9-6pm, 2-11pm, 3-Fin and split shifts.
