Business Administrator Apprenticeship
Job Description:
-Answering telephone and email queries
-Processing new starter training paperwork
-Updating the NMDS
-Filing, scanning and archiving and any other basic administration duties
-Supporting and delivering excellent customer service
-Update Roster including journal notes, review dates and other tasks as required
-Conduct quality assurance surveys for employees
-Feedback to management on findings from quality assurance surveys
-Work alongside HR department and the Compliance department to improve the quality of the service Dale Care offers
-Ensure compliance to CQC and Governing Councils
-Support the organisation with compliance to CQC, Commissioner, ISO and CHAS
