At SSP UK are now recruiting for a Deputy Store Manager to join our team at Kings Cross Station.

This is an incredible opportunity to work with a fantastic brand and join our experienced management team in an exciting and busy environment.

We are the leading operator of restaurants, bars, cafes and food courts in travel locations. Established for more than 60 years, our operations feature a mix of food and beverage brands tailored specifically for each location. You will be joining a world-leading food service organisation with superb learning, development and progression opportunities, operating over 400 stores in the UK alone. 

You will work closely with the General Manager to manage the daily operations of the store; you will also be responsible for delivering operational and financial results and high standards of customer service.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Previous experience in managing a diverse team of people in a similar environment.
  • Experience in  training, mentoring and developing your team to deliver excellent customer service whilst meeting financial and operational targets.
  • Commercial awareness with good planning and analytical skills, able to understand and analyse P&L.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
