General Manager Designate - Slug & Lettuce

Locations - South West London (Richmond, Staines-Upon-Thames, Sutton, Woking, Farnham)

Salary - £38,000 - £42,000

The Role

We have opportunities for General Manager Designates to join our Slug & Lettuce division in the South West of London

As a GMD, you will provide general manager support and cover to a range of sites within Slug and Lettuce around South West area. We will induct you fully into the Slug & Lettuce way to ensure we are giving you all of the relevant knowledge and tools to ensure your success, following this we will be looking for you to help and assist in other businesses for a few more weeks to put your Stonegate learnings in to place before being appointed to your own business. This role opens doors to manage your own site.

Our General Managers are given the flexibility to run their business with an entrepreneurial flair to reflect their location and guest base coupled with the support and operating framework of a large and dedicated support team.

As a General Manager Designate, you will need to be able to demonstrate great leadership skills and the ability to build a high performing team in order to control, develop and improve all aspects of the business including P&L, people, standards, legal compliance, service and brand integrity.

We require all our General Managers to hold a Personal License.
