Chef de Partie

Salary: £20,817.68 per annum (£10.82 per hour)

Hours: 37 hours per week, on shift patterns so evenings, weekends and bank holidays will need to be worked on a rota basis.

Showroom / Workstation is an integrated media arts complex operating a café/bar, conference and events facilities, four-screen cinema and creative industries managed workspace.  

We are seeking a full time Chef de Partie.  The post-holder will be a member of a small, but extremely busy and motivated team, creating our own menus and producing all items from fresh ingredients.  We are looking for someone with experience of working in a similar food environment where speed, creativity and adaptability are crucial.

Our menu is seasonal and changes frequently.  We regularly host special food and drink events, for which our Chefs devise bespoke menus – all dietary needs are catered for.  In addition to preparing food as described above, demonstrable experience of preparing high quality items for buffets, wedding breakfasts and conference catering would be an advantage.
