Hours: 35 hours per week

Location: Hybrid but does require office work

Salary:  £30,000 per annum

 Our client is recruiting for an Account Manager join their team.

The Role

You will play a key role supporting the Head of Business Development managing national level accounts and generating income – supporting Springboard to achieve its income target, contributing to the strategic objectives, and support the organisation to achieve its long-term goals. This includes: 

  • Managing existing accounts while upselling and renewing contracts
  • Supporting to deliver the sales pipeline and meet targets
  • Managing all contracts and onboarding new clients as per Springboard processes
  • Liaising with operations and marketing teams to ensure contracts are delivered effectively
  • Researching potential partners and supporting with follow up with customers
  • Working proactively with all existing clients and supporting the Springboard events ticket and sponsorship sales operation

 Also involved in….

 Researching potential customers to grow our income pipeline, including business partners, sponsors, in-kind supporters and corporate and individual patrons.

  • Communicating effectively with all partners to keep key stakeholders fully up to date on progress against commitments and to ensure effective contract delivery
  • Attend relevant networking events, seminars and conferences to ensure that new business opportunities are not missed and productive relationships are developed and maintained
  • Maintenance of customer profiles, including change of contact information and undertaking any other admin responsibilities as required
