The original ‘Street Food’ experience, Operation: Falafel is a Dubai-born fresh casual chain of restaurants that operate on the concept of ‘Revival & Survival’ of Arabic cuisine. Balancing old-street flavors with Twenty-First Century trends, it is a combination of fresh experiences that promises its guests a surprising integration of the past with the present.

In a contemporary space, Operation: Falafel creates a mood common to the old street marketplace. Organizing its service model into individual food stations that mimic food carts on the street.

We are now looking for a budding assistant manager!

Our assistant managers are an integral part of the smooth running of their home restaurants. They have the vital role of ensuring that their restaurant performs a quality standard, combining strategic planning, day-to-day management activities, as well as deep knowledge of every single detail about procedures, preparation, inventory, health and safety controls, equipment handling/maintenance, and of course most importantly, deliver the perfect experience to our guests every time.

You are …

  • An assistant manager or an experienced Supervisor / Team Leader.
  • An inspirational motivator that finds it easy to train, coach, and generally get along with people.
  • Passionate about middle eastern food and at your happiest looking after guests.
  • 2 years of experience in casual dining background with a good understanding of KPI controls.
  • Forward-thinking problem solvers with a keen eye for detail and the ability to inspire colleagues.
  • Leading by example within a team-oriented landscape, to deliver the very best of standards in all areas.
