About Employer

The Stratford Haven is a charming, traditional pub situated in the leafy Nottingham suburb of West Bridgford. Just a short stroll from Trent Bridge Cricket Ground (home of Nottinghamshire County Cricket Club, Notts Outlaws, and host to the England team) and the City Ground (home of Nottingham Forest), ‘the Strat’ is ideally located for sports fans.
Well reputed for the quality and variety of its cask ale offering – with fourteen hand pulls featuring beers from Castle Rock, well-known favourites, and micro-breweries – the Strat also boasts the largest selection of craft beer in West Bridgford, with ten world beer lines and 20+ bottles and cans.
The food at the Stratford Haven is homemade and hearty, with a menu of pub classics such as Pie of the Day and Gammon, egg and chips. But there are a few surprises, too, like the peppercorn tofu sirloin served on Wednesday’s Steak and Blues night. Other weekly events include a quiz on Sundays for intellectual customers, Pie Night on Tuesdays and Burger Night on Thursdays.
