The average work day will begin with a mug of tea or coffee whatever your preference.

Then on to preparing all items needed for the menu that day, as well as any daily specials which have been created for today’s service.

Then we sort out and prepare staff dinners for the staff that are working on that shift, which includes feeding us chefs.

Then onto evening service and finally after a satisfying day we clean and close the kitchen ready for the following day, all ready to see what the following day will throw at us.

We always have a staff treat on a friday from the management team. whilst on duty you can have free pop and your always get a staff dinner.
