Assistant Reception Manager

Our Assistant Reception Manager’s ensure the Ivy guest experience is seamless. Working together with the floor management team, you will oversee the smooth running of the floor operation whilst maximising covers.

As an Assistant Reception Manager you will work closely with the Reception Manager, mentoring and coaching a team of hosts. You will also be solution focused and remain calm throughout peak trading times. Despite being under pressure you will give the guest The Ivy welcome and farewell it is known for.
