The apprentice will be responsible for:

  • helping and assisting the head chef,
  • completing daily tasks which will include food preparation and cooking,
  • baking breads and cakes,
  • helping to design the menu,
  • cleaning duties,
  • following Food Safety and H&S regulations.

Meals will be provided whilst they are on shift. There will also be the opportunity to work on our mobile units when we trade and events.
