Production Chef Apprenticeship - Damons

DAMONS RESTAURANT IS LOOKING TO EMPLOY FULL AND PART TIME APPRENTICE LINE COOKS / PREPARATION COOKS TO JOIN OUR TEAM.

Rates of Pay: Starting from £9.50to £11.00 per hour

Hours of work: Shift patterns cover morning, afternoon and evening.

This is a fixed permanent rota so that you can plan and organise your free time. Overtime available.

This job is available with an immediate start.

Damons American style Restaurant is famous for its speciality ribs.

We are located south of Lincoln City and share our site with Damons Motel.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Preparing food ready for service
• Cooking food according to recipes
• Setting up work stations
• Responsible for helping keeping the kitchen clean, tidy and fully stocked ready for service
• Follow health and safety rules in the kitchen
• To be able to function in a fast paced busy environment
