Property Client Services Apprentice - Martyn Gerrard

Here at Martyn Gerrard, we are looking for a self-motivated individual to help us build our client services team. As a client services apprentice you will be joining a team of self-starters telesales and Business Development professionals, building relationships with our clients and advising them on various aspects of the property industry. You will be given full training both inhouse and from a training provider on all aspects of the property industry as well as sales.


As a client services apprentice you will help to build Martyn Gerrard’s market share for each of our offices. Martyn Gerrard are a North London based family owned agency with 10 offices and both New Homes and Commercial departments. With over 55 years’ experience we strive for integrity and putting our clients first so are looking for an individual to share this goal.


Duties:

-Scheduling meetings with potential clients over the phone

-Communication over the phone and by email with internal and external contact

-Explaining market trends to members of the public

-Updating internal database systems

-Maintaining a relationship with potential clients over long periods of time

-Cold calling potential clients

-Working with the negotiators and the managers to provide excellent services


Skills required:

-Excellent spoken and written communication skills

-Five GCSEs

-Strong work ethic

-Can do attitude

-Readiness to learn and develop skill set

Location:

Based in our North London head office in Finchley Central

Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm.
