Production Chef Apprenticeship - The Codrington Arms
Working within our team, your daily tasks will include;
- General food preparation including cutting and peeling
- Assisting with baking and cake decoration
- Menu costing, food ordering and stock rotation
- Ensuring the area is clean at all times and that opening and closing checks are carried out
- Working safely and hygienically at all times, and how to do this at every task
- Gaining knowledge of Safer Food Better Business & the paperwork aspect that goes alongside this
- Assisting with cooking, and plating during service
- Designing your own dishes, costing and plating
- Working in a clean & COVID safe environment
- Working and communicating within a team
- Assisting waiting staff if required
