We are looking for Assistant Managers with experience in a vibrant fast paced restaurant environment. Most importantly we are looking for people with a positive, friendly and can-do attitude.

Teamwork is very important to us, as is attention to detail. We are looking for people who are self-motivated, focused and get it done the Neat way. We are strong believers in nurturing talent and as the company grows so can you!

What we are looking for:

  • A minimum 1-year experience working in a supervisor or management role.
  • High standards when it comes to customer service.
  • Positive and friendly attitude. 
  • Great communication skills.
  • Teamwork is very important, as is punctuality and reliability. 
  • Ability to multi-task, think on your feet, and problem solve.
  • Calm under pressure.
  • We are looking for team leaders who are self-motivated, focused and get it done the Neat way.
  • Able to use initiative and take charge in managers absence.
  • Organised people with high standards when it comes to food quality.
  • Ability to nurture, train and develop new and existing talent.
