To proactively develop revenue from new business & private leads

• To proactively develop and maintain relationships with existing accounts

• To oversee management and growth of a clean GDPR compliant database

• To achieve agreed KPIs activity

• To lead, manage and motivate any direct reports

• To drive the referrals into Exclusive Events & Other Searcys venues

• To work in close conjunction with Sales and Marketing Manager to ensure excellent communication between sales, events teams and banqueting

• Assist with event planning and production of function sheets when required

• To promote Searcys at The Gherkin and raise the company profile by attending company networking events if required

• To have a thorough knowledge of other Searcys venues and maintain good working relationships with colleagues

• To provide updated forecasts and business on the book’s updates, in conjunction with the General Manager

• To contribute to the budgeting process

• To represent Searcys in a professional manner at all times in your behaviour, appearance and knowledge

• Monitor and respond to customer feedback

• To perform any other reasonable duties as requested by your manager

• To provide regular financial analysis to Searcys team when requested
