Hours: 37.5 hours per week, average shift pattern will be 8am – 4pm or 9am - 5pm with weekend work. Flexible days, to be discussed at interview.

Salary: £19,060 per annum

Duration: This is a permanent role which offers realistic salary progression based on annual reviews.

I need someone to help to deliver on the operational day to day of running two very popular cafes at the stunning Avebury stone circle. You will be customer service focused and will be able to encourage and coach our team on a daily basis so that they deliver exceptional service every time.  You will also be knowledgeable and passionate about keeping our food safe and of the highest quality and a stickler for standards and allergen procedures!  All of this whilst making coffee and scooping ice cream and having a blast! What you'll be doing

You’ll enjoy preparing food from scratch using fresh/seasonal ingredients and will be confident with creating bakes, making, soups, stews, sausage rolls and preparing & presenting food to order served directly to the customers over busy lunchtime periods. 

You won’t be required to work nights, split shifts and will be off on Christmas Day as the property is fully closed to the public.

You’ll receive a bespoke induction on appointment - and further professional training & development opportunities are available.
