We are looking for an outstanding General Manager for this fantastic recently refurbished pub.
The Bystander is a lively, community pub situated in the village of Wootton very close to Oxford. The popular village has an array of new housing that's adding to the potential of this site.
The pub offers our Mainstream menu which is an upmarket local offering featuring a value element with a pub classics section on 2 4 1 pricing.
Some of the impressive features of this pub include a massive beer garden with ample seating, kids play area and private smoking shelter, plus the pub benefits from Sky BT Sports and is the only pub in the village with this available.
The Bystander already has loyal guest base, yet it still offers fantastic opportunities for growth. We are looking for a General Manager with proven high-volume community experience to apply..
