Currently we have a fantastic opportunity for motivated and energetic Restaurant Manager who is committed to delivering the definitive standard in workplace dining. 

This role is based London's West End with a high profile global drinks brand company.

About the Role

  • 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday with 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
  • Some flexibility around evenings & weekends, dependent on events & hospitality
  • Work with enthusiasm, energy‚ style and creative
  • Strive for excellence and have excellent attention to detail
  • Must have strong financial, administrative and time management skills
  • Must be able to motivate, lead and inspire our on-site team
  • Make certain you, and your team are customer focused on delivering exceptional customer service, at all times
  • Manage the food and beverage operation to achieve financial targets, ensuring effective stock management and wastage control.
  • Work alongside an industry leading team who operates with integrity and respect; supporting our community; actively embracing our sustainability and CSR targets.
  • Comply with all Health & Safety, Food Safety, Allergen & Environmental legislation.

  • Financial understanding of food gross profit margins; profitability and managing costs

  • Deliver what you promise to the customer, client and your team
