Floor Supervisor Wanted - Escape to Freight Island in Manchester

We are looking for an energetic, driven, and professional Floor Supervisor to join our team at Escape to Freight Island, Manchester, Piccadilly. This amazing event space is newly re-opened for the Spring / Summer season with regular shifts being offered.

As Front of House Floor Supervisor, you will support the FOH Managers by ensuring all the different teams are professionally organized and managed with high customer care and quality. You will be allocated an area of the venue and will be expected to lead and supervise that area at the ground level. You will keep the team members in their section on task, organize break times, and liaise with the Floor managers to facilitate the efficient running of the shift. You will be the floor managers' eyes and ears on the ground and should be in full communication with them whilst on shift. Supervisors may be asked to lead all areas of the service, including events & private hire. Leadership skills are essential and the ability to translate instructions to actions. You are an experienced and driven leader and manager of teams, passionate about hospitality, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to deliver a world-class guest experience. Please be aware, this position is for a late-night, weekend-focused venue, full availability is preferred.

Rate of Pay

Starting rate for a Floor Supervisor will be £11.95 p/h.

Working Hours

Regular shifts will be available from Wednesday - Sunday on-site, to shift will be predominantly evening and you must be comfortable finishing as late as 2:00 am.
