Since opening as a street food concept in 2017, Thunderbird Fried Chicken has taken the capital by storm and developed a devoted following of Fried Chicken Fanatics. We’re fiendishly passionate about making the best fried chicken in London, and our award-winning wings are a hit with thousands of people.

 

As we expand across the capital (and beyond) this year, we’re looking to grow our team and work with like-minded people who are obsessed with great food, great hospitality, and an all-round great time. 

 

This is a great opportunity to join the team at our busy Dark Kitchen locations, situated in Streatham, Battersea & Shoreditch. In our Dark Kitchens we only do delivery to our Thunderbird Fanatics who want to try our Fried Gold at home! Even though our guests can’t dine in with us in our Dark Kitchens, we make sure that every order we make is Gold Standard, and our guests who have placed an order have the same restaurant experience in the comfort of their own home!

 

We’re looking for great communicators with a keen eye for detail and the constant drive to get better each day. You should be passionate about making our guests happy and motivated by creating food that looks awesome & tastes incredible. You’ll be the face of the store, so you need to be a clean freak, taking pride in both your appearance & that of the store itself. At Thunderbird, we’re not content with just being okay - that’s boring. We need people who are excited to grow with us and are able to work just as well within a team as independently. You should have experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment and be able to work consistently at pace. We will help you out and provide you with all the training you could possibly need.
