Bar Manager

Working with the Landlord in presenting the best possible image of hospitality, with joint responsbibility for all front-of-house operations. Working alongside the Kitchen Manager to ensure every visitor enjoys a warm welcome, good food and excellent service. Working within a bi-weekly rota, covering 7 days per week on a 5 on, 2 off basis. 45 hours per week, plus occasional holiday cover which will be paid as overtime (base rate x1.5). Bonus earnings opportunity. Transferrable, jointly funded Pension after qualifying period.
