The trade areas all flow into one creating an open, inviting environment, with warmth in the colder months from 2 fires at either end of the pub. It is usually trading 70/30 in favour of wet, however there is a want for a food offer within the area, giving opportunity for this to be developed and it has the facilities to deliver this. The south facing patio area is very appealing to drinkers and diners with beautiful flower displays, hanging baskets and borders.
