Big Mamma is a group of Italian restaurants founded in 2015 in Paris. With more than 9000 customers per day, unique and iconic places, authentic cuisine, 100% homemade with products imported directly from Italy, the group currently includes: 15 trattorias and the biggest food market in Europe, around France, UK and Spain. The family is still growing, and much more bubbles in the pot!

In London we have two trattorias, Gloria and Circolo Popolare, and a new big opening is planned for June 2021!

The qualities of the best candidates: dynamic, organised, ambitious and team player! At least 1 year of experience required.

We offer a full-time position (5 days of work and 2 consecutive days off per week), a permanent contract, 28 days of holiday per year, a competitive salary starting from 10,41£/h + bonus + company benefits! We guarantee a continuous training, career opportunities, international mobility!
