Assistant Restaurant Manager - Fine Dining

Your day with Team Carden:

• Working with the Vines Restaurant Manager to ensure the Restaurant is run in a smooth and effective manner
• Ensure all guest needs are met and the service provided exceeds their expectations
• Support with the training and development of the Restaurant team
• Maximise sales through hospitable service
• Provide exceptional wine pairing services

Enjoy a 40 hour contract, with a salary of £24,500 - £26,600 depending on experience

You will need to have previous experience working in a rosette awarded restaurant, preferably in a supervisory or assistant manager role. We are looking for someone who will provide service to our guests that continuously exceeds their expectations. As a fine dining restaurant, you will need to be knowledgeable and passionate about food and drink, whilst being warm and being personable will come natural to you. You will have the ability to motivate and support the team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a reputable restaurant in beautiful surroundings.
