Event Operations Manager (Weddings) - £20 - £22k + benefits    

Curradine Barns, Church Ln, Shrawley, Worcester WR6 6TS 

Full Time - Evenings (141 shifts per year)

Artemis are looking for a passionate Dining Room Manager based at Curradine Barns, the successful candidate must be self-motivated, have a passion for good food and service, calm under pressure and be able to work in a small team. Experience in weddings and conferences, 100+ covers, fine dining and event bars, together with a strong background in food led establishments is desired.

Requirements   

  • 1 years’ experience as a Dining Room Manger in a position used to providing catering for 100+ covers   

  • Own transport is essential due to the location    

  • Candidates must be eligible to work full-time in the UK   

  • Knowledge of licencing laws and regulations would be an advantage  

  • Confident in leading a team  

Responsibilities   

  • Report to the General Manager    

  • Some lone working   

  • Management plus delivery of both administrative and operational aspect of the weddings, including dining room and bar service, plus night porter duties 

  • Shifts are 8pm until 6am
