As a Harry’s Dolce Vita Sous Chef, presence on the pass and leadership skills are essential to be respected and effective. This role sits within a large management team, supporting the Senior Sous Chef and Head Chef while priding themselves on pace and attention to detail when working to Harry’s Dolce Vita specifications.

Located in the heart of Knightsbridge, Harry’s Dolce Vita is an Italian restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner with an extensive Italian wine list and classic cocktails. Reminiscent of 1950s and 1960s Italian glamour, Harry’s Dolce Vita is a mixture of traditional Italian charm, delicious unfussy food, inspired cocktails, stylish décor and some good old-fashioned fun. Seasonal Italian sourcing inspire the menus through aperitivi, pizze, paste, pesce e carne, contorni, and of course the dolci.
