Stonegate Group are looking for a Marketing Executive to work within the Marketing Department to support the brand/format, bringing it to life. This will be working within late night venues with a diverse LGBTQ+ clientele.

You will be responsible for:

  • Activating campaign activity through multiple channels.
  • Working closely within your team your role will be to use consumer insight and market trends to create market leading RTV, central campaigns which drive sales, footfall, volume, dwell time, bookings and repeat visits.

We are looking for you to have a Marketing Degree and at least 12 months marketing experience within a hospitality business.

Qualifications/Experience:

• 1+ year experience of working within the on-trade/hospitality sector

• Previous marketing experience

• Marketing qualification such as degree, MBA, diploma or CIM

Responsibilities:

• Central campaigns & Key date activity. You will support the execution of the annual brand calendar to ensure there is always a compelling reason to visit.

• Project management. Support the team in the delivery of any special projects relating to your brands using GANNT charts and working to SMART objectives.

• Operations Engagement. Working closely with the Operations team to ensure all campaigns are communicated and delivered to full effect.

• Budget management. You will support your team by ensuring all purchase orders and raised correctly and processed in a timely and accurate manor.

• Stakeholder synergy. Work with key suppliers and marketing/print agencies to develop plans in line with Brand objectives. You will need to work closely with these teams to manage and monitor timings effectively and ensure key deadlines are communicated fully.

• F&D Support. Support the MM in menu development and POS sign off; implement pricing strategy decisions and respond to macro-economic changes.

• Marketing Support. Working as part of your format/brand marketing team and supporting the team with general marketing requests.

• One Team Mentality. Maintain close working relationships with other support team and marketing functions to ensure a holistic approach and cohesive delivery of the marketing strategy.

• Digital Engagement. Management of websites and email sends for your format and the support across social media.
