Line Cook

More about the role:

• Perform various food preparation, cooking, chilling, and assembly, plus manual tasks and other general duties to ensure the smooth running of the CPK City kitchen and maintain a high standard of health, safety and food hygiene.
• Proactively contribute to improvement ideas and plans that are innovative and practical
• Supervise in the assembly & packing section for the delivery of consistent quality customer experience
• To ensure all food is reheated, assembled & checked for taste, presentation at packing to the quality to the required standard in line with SOP.
• Quality Check product as per standard operating standard
• Responsible as an advocate to ensure the compliance of Health, Safety, Food Hygiene and COSHH regulations.
• Complete daily checks and report any defects to your line manager.
• Report HSE hazards, accidents, incidents, illnesses and diseases to your line manager.
• Comply with Company policy and procedure in wearing PPE and following required health Safety protocols.
• Be flexible in duties and be a team player

Who you are:

• Highly organised individual who can multi-task and forward plan while working under pressure with culinary skills to present the final dish excellently for dispatch and travel to its location.
• Is passionate and enthusiastic and wants to deliver excellent food service standards
• Passionate about food and customer service and is confident being front of house
• Good numerical, written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build relationships with fellow team members
