Main Responsibilities
Based in our busy bars and restaurants, your main task will be to provide excellent customer service to our guests. As the primary port of call for all, this role is to engage with them to enhance their experience, efficiently and accurately communicating their requests with kitchen and colleagues to ensure smooth delivery. Where required you will be required to prepare and serve drinks, replenish stocks, and make knowledgeable wine pairing recommendations to guests. This may include written orders, and/or the use of electronic till and ordering systems.
Daily tasks may include:
- Providing excellent customer service to our guests
- Taking orders, collecting and upselling products to customers
- Helping to manage queues
- Operating the Point of Service systems, in line with company procedures
- Ensuring the security of your till
- Cash-handling and administering refunds correctly
- Cleaning down workstations and tables
- Collecting orders & upselling food and drinks to customers
- Any task required of you by your manager, as required.
Skills / Qualifications
Excellent communication and remaining calm under pressure will be key to ensuring smooth delivery.
A good level of Spoken English is essential.
Over 18's only.
