The Robin Hood Take the reins of a recently invested, lively, spacious, and traditional corner pub with a tidy garden. 

Our vision is to be the best local in the area. You’ll take advantage of the fully invested, compact kitchen, offering an adapted version of the Our Local menu, with Sunday Roast as the hero dish and the best of the rest forming part of a strong Rhythm of the Week. You’ll tailor your offer to include quiz nights, curry nights, weekend entertainment, family dining, pool and darts, live bands, and live music. 

The ideal Management Partner will have a passion for trading in a typical suburban pub and have hospitality experience. You’ll have experience recruiting, training, and leading a team with a fantastic record of delivering an irresistible and varied Rhythm of the Week, appealing to existing and new guests.

You’ll find the Robin Hood pub in the suburb of Sholing, three miles from the centre of Southampton. The savvy operator will capitalise on the 30,000 people living within a mile and 110,000 within two miles. 

Private accommodation

There are four bedrooms with a living room, kitchen, toilet, and bathroom.

Earnings are an agreed percentage of sales to cover you and your team. Living accommodation and all bills & maintenance are included. All food, drink, menus EPOS, apps & marketing material are also included, as is all training and a dedicated Operations Manager*.

 This pub is available on a self-employed Management Partnership agreement
