The opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced operator with a contagious personality enthusiastic about quality food and drinks. You’ll be an operator with the vision to think creatively to take  The Chetwode Arms to the next level, as this beautiful pub’s potential is boundless. You’ll need strong leadership skills to drive sales, superb service, and strong financial acumen.

We’re looking for a Management Partner with excellent hosting skills. You’ll be the big personality in the centre of a busy village local. The ideal operator will nurture this destination pub, where guests will look forward to catching up on all the local gossip. You’ll love running a kitchen and be happy to jump in when needed.

We’ll develop the Chetwode Arms this year to a prominent level. The project will enhance this already gorgeous pub, utilizing the outside areas for a great all year space. The person that takes the reins at this pub will be the final piece of the puzzle.

The Chetwode has disparate trading areas with an abundance of character and charm with cosy corners, open fires and space for private dining or catching up with the locals. The pub is famous for excellent cask ale, delicious homemade food, and fantastic kitchen support for serving high volume food during the summer months.

Earnings are an agreed percentage of sales to cover you and your team. Living accommodation and all bills & maintenance are included. All food, drink, menus EPOS, apps & marketing material are also included, as is all training and a dedicated Operations Manager*.

 This pub is available on a self-employed Management Partnership agreement
