Salary: Up to £42,500 (DOE)

Monday - Friday Hybrid Role

Business Excellence is at the heart of our operations, we combine insight and innovation in the way we manage our resources.As a Optimisation Manager, you will play an integral role in ensuring we are deploying our operational teams to deliver the best in customer experience. In in addition you will play an integral part in supporting the execution of strategies that support the recruitment, retention and development of our employees

Working closely with the operations team to understand the cause and effect of labour costs and how to make it more efficient moving forwards through metrics, data and trend analysis, whilst working as part of the Centralteam, you will be enthusiastic and encouraging team members to develop the strategy and a more effective use of labour.

Main responsibilities

Not only will you be transforming the way we approachneeds and costs of the business, you will also be involved in the following;
  • Ownlabour models and works closely with SME's to capture efficiencies and new ways of working and update model
  • Assists in analysis and presents key information for operational business activities to deliver insightful analysis and reporting
  • Applylean thinking methodology to optimise Target Operating Model
  • Attend sites to capture best practice to enable consistent delivery of Target operating models
  • Provide guidance to on-site management teams on how to optimise schedules as business needs change
  • Assistin the training and development of Work Force Management programme (WFM), including prioritising rollout and tracking implementation and mobilising system enhancements/updates.
  • Day-to-day management of scheduling team members, and management of recruitment approvals

Ideal candidate

We're seeking anexcitable individualthat has a passion for ensuring the business has the most effective and efficient use of labour. We need someone that has a very good eye for detail and is able to pick out the minute detail and explain the cause and effect.

The ideal Optimisation Manager will be experienced in working with data and other forms of information. Analysing data and cascading improvement across the team is what you'll be about!

Naturally, you will be commercially and numerically astute and able to build relationships with a number of stakeholders across the business. You will need to have proven experienceof supporting the development and delivering clear, accurate and relevant reports to aid decision making.
